RETURN & REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

At City Chain Malaysia, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making your purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Only Solvil et Titus watches are eligible for return or exchange requests.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

All return requests are subject to management approval.

2. Change of Mind Policy

Returns, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind are strictly not allowed.

Customers are strongly encouraged to review all product details, specifications, sizing, and order information carefully before completing their purchase.

All confirmed orders are considered final.


3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, kindly contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange for the necessary resolution.


4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Promotion or Sales items
  • Limited Edition items
  • Special Edition items
  • PRIMO items
  • Pre-Order items
  • Clearance (LQ) items
  • Customized or altered items
    (e.g. bracelet adjustment, leather strap hole punching, sizing modifications)

Gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

Only Solvil et Titus watches are eligible for exchange requests.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the order and are limited to a one-time exchange only.

Please note:

  • Exchange items must be of equal or higher value
  • If the replacement item is of lower value, the price difference will be forfeited
  • Cross-exchanges between online purchases and retail stores are not allowed due to different management systems

All exchange requests remain subject to management approval.

Returns or exchanges due to change of mind are not permitted.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund approval.

For approved refunds, an administration and processing fee ranging from 3% to 12% may apply.

This fee represents charges imposed by payment gateways and/or issuing banks, as well as administrative and operational costs incurred during the refund process. The applicable rate may vary depending on the payment method used and the nature of the transaction.

The fee may include, but is not limited to:

  • Payment processing charges
  • Administration fees
  • Original shipping fees 
  • Packaging and handling costs
  • Restocking fees

Return shipping fees are to be borne by the customer and are not included in the refund amount.

Any applicable charges will be deducted from the refundable amount before the refund is processed.


7. Important Notice

City Chain Malaysia reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the item is found to be:

  • Mishandled
  • Used or worn
  • Incomplete
  • Not in original packaging
  • Damaged due to customer misuse
